1. Contact us first

   For any order issue, email 353793668@qq.com or message us in your PayPal transaction first. Include your order number, product model, and photos or a short video. Most issues can be resolved without opening a PayPal dispute.

3. What this product is

   XGunner is a TV/PC shooting game controller and 2.4G HID mouse peripheral. It cannot fire any object. Games and software are not included and must be downloaded separately. TV input lag, game compatibility, and your own PC or TV settings are not product defects.

4. Inspect within 7 days

   Please inspect the package and all accessories within 7 days of delivery. Report shipping damage or missing parts immediately with unboxing photos or video. Claims without timely evidence may be treated as after-delivery issues, not transit damage.

5. 6-month hardware warranty

   Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery. We will repair or replace the unit first. A refund is offered only if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible. Warranty does not cover drops, water damage, unauthorized disassembly, modification, misuse, normal wear, or batteries after 90 days.

6. Change of mind

   Unused items in original packaging with all accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you contact us first and receive return approval. You pay return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refunded. Opened, used, or incomplete items are not accepted for change of mind.

7. Returns and refunds

   Do not ship anything back before we approve the return. After we receive and inspect the goods, approved refunds are sent to the original PayPal payment, usually within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we sent the wrong item or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

8. Exchanges

   We accept exchanges for confirmed manufacturing defects under the 6-month hardware warranty. We repair or replace first. Change-of-mind orders are refunded after inspection, not exchanged for a different color or model unless we agree in writing.

9. Delivery

   We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe (excluding Switzerland). We ship only to the address on the PayPal transaction, with tracking. The unit price already includes shipping, customs duties, and other fees. If the carrier shows delivered to that address, the order is fulfilled. We cannot ship to a different address than PayPal shows.

10. PayPal Purchase Protection

    If you paid with PayPal, PayPal Purchase Protection may still apply to eligible Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described claims. This store policy does not replace those rights. Please contact us first so we can help faster. Missing games, TV lag, or treating this controller as a firearm or toy gun is not “not as described”—the listing already states it is a game controller.
